# Get per-question form analytics

> GET /forms/{form_id}/analytics/questions/

Returns how each question on a form was answered, in the form's own question order: how many responses answered it, what share of responses that is, and — for choice, rating, and scale questions — how often each answer was given.

* `response_rate` is `answered` as a percentage of the form's responses in the period, to one decimal. Skipped submissions aren't responses and aren't counted.
* `distribution` appears only for choice questions (`multipleChoice`, `checkbox`, `dropdown`), ratings (`starRating`, `emoji`, `likeDislike`), and scales (`linearScale`, `number`). For choice questions every option is listed, including ones nobody picked, most chosen first. A `checkbox` response counts once for each option it ticked.
* Display-only content blocks aren't questions and don't appear.
