# List form responses

> GET /forms/{form_id}/responses/

Lists submissions ("responses") collected by a form.

<Note>
  Requires a Management API key with `MANAGEMENT_API` (or `MANAGEMENT_API_SANDBOX`) quota, and the `LEAD_GENERATION_ENTRY_CAN_VIEW` permission, sent as the raw `Authorization` header value — see the [Management API overview](/api-reference/management-api/overview).

    --url 'https://api.scanova.io/forms/F8a9b0c1d2e3f4g5h/responses/?ordering=-created' \
    --header 'Authorization: YOUR_API_KEY'
  ```
</RequestExample>
<ResponseExample>
  ```json 200 theme={null}
  {
    "count": 3,
    "next": null,
    "previous": null,
    "results": [
      {
        "id": "b3f1c9a2-1234-4d1a-9c6e-3a2b7f9d1e40",
        "created": "2026-09-01T10:15:00Z",
        "qr_code_id": "Q07afe81aa0034c01",

        ],
        "created_by": { "full_name": "Jane Doe", "email": "jane@example.com" },
        "is_skipped": false
      }
    ]
  }
  ```
</ResponseExample>
Skipped/incomplete submissions are always excluded from this list. `404` if `form_id` isn't owned by this account.
<Note>
  If this form was converted from a legacy [lead list](/api-reference/management-api/leads/convert), responses collected before the conversion are transparently merged into this same list — response `id`s in that case can come from either the current form-response store or the legacy lead-entry store, but the shape returned is identical either way.
