# Get per-member QR/form counts

> GET /user-logs/member-activity-stats/

Returns QR Code and form counts created by each team member, on the **Management API** host (`api.scanova.io`), authenticated with your raw Management API key.

The response is a flat array, not paginated. Counts exclude soft-deleted QR Codes and forms. Team members with zero QR Codes and zero forms are omitted entirely — this endpoint never returns a `0`/`0` row.
