# سرد النماذج

> GET /forms/

النماذج (Forms) هي أداة بناء التقاط العملاء المحتملين وجمع البيانات الحالية في Scanova — أكثر ثراءً من ميزة [قوائم العملاء المحتملين](/ar/api-reference/management-api/leads/list) القديمة، والطريقة الموصى بها لجمع بيانات الزوار من مسح رمز QR. اسردها أو أنشئها هنا.

  يتطلب مفتاح Management API بحصة `MANAGEMENT_API` (أو `MANAGEMENT_API_SANDBOX`)، يُرسل كقيمة خام لترويسة `Authorization` — راجع [نظرة عامة على Management API](/ar/api-reference/management-api/overview).

`count`، `results[0]` هنا تعكس استجابة حقيقية تم التحقق منها مقابل حساب اختباري بنموذجين.

  معرّف النموذج الثابت، يُستخدم في رابط النموذج العام وكمعلمة مسار في نقطة نهاية الاسترجاع/التحديث/الحذف.

  الاسم المعروض لمن أنشأ النموذج.

  الرابط العام حيث يُعرض النموذج.

<ResponseField name="usage_count" type="integer">
  عدد رموز QR المرتبطة حاليًا بهذا النموذج.

  رموز QR المرتبطة بهذا النموذج، كل واحد بحقوله `qr_code__*` الخاصة بالرمز المرتبط ورابطه القصير المحلول.

  إجمالي الإرسالات المستلَمة. `null` إذا تعذّر احتسابه (مثلًا عندما تعذّر الوصول إلى مخزن التتبع عبر قواعد البيانات).

  النسبة المئوية لعمليات المسح عبر رموز QR المرتبطة التي أسفرت عن إرسال. `null` إذا لم تحدث أي عملية مسح بعد.
