Most subscriptions are paid by card in the dashboard. If that doesn’t work for you — a declined card, a finance team that needs an invoice — there are two fallbacks.

Paying by card or PayPal

The default route is checkout inside your Scanova account, by debit card, credit card, or PayPal. All major cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your account upgrades automatically once the payment succeeds.

When the default checkout doesn’t work

Cards are sometimes declined by the gateway rather than by your bank, and a second gateway often succeeds where the first failed. Support can send you a one-time payment link generated through PayPal or Stripe:
1

Ask support for a link

Email support@scanova.io saying you want to pay by custom link, and include the plan you want and the subscription period. If you’ve already agreed a specific price with the team, mention that too.
2

Pay through the link

The link comes from a different gateway than the one that failed. Pay by debit card, credit card, or PayPal, then send support a confirmation.
3

Support upgrades the account

Once the payment is verified, the team applies your plan and subscription period.

Wire transfer

Wire transfer is available in two situations:
  • You are a business or enterprise with an invoicing process — service agreement, vendor registration, purchase order, payment terms
  • You are an Indian customer paying in INR, in which case the minimum subscription period is 12 months
Email support@scanova.io with your plan and period to get the bank details and an invoice. Send proof of payment once it clears, and the subscription is activated.

Changing your card

Update a card from the Payment Method card on Subscription & billing.

How your card details are stored

Scanova does not store your card number. No one at Scanova can see it. Payment details are held by the gateway that processed them — 2Checkout or Stripe — and reused there for recurring payments if you left auto-renewal on. Both are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent certification in the payments industry.
