A social media page is a “link in bio”-style hub: one scan lands visitors on a page listing your social profiles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and similar) plus optional call-to-action buttons — “Watch My Latest Video,” “Join My Free Newsletter.” It’s built for creators, agencies, and personal brands that want a single printable code linking out to everywhere they post, rather than one QR code per platform.
Like every category on this page, “Social Media QR code” isn’t a separate creation route — it’s the Build a Page flow filtered to Social Media–tagged templates.
Find a social-media template and reach the builder
1
Open Create QR Code and choose Build a Page
From QR Codes → Create QR Code (/qr/create), click the Build a Page card to open the block-based page builder’s template gallery.
2
Filter the gallery by Social Media
On Choose a template (/qr/new), click the Social Media tag. At verification time there were exactly 2 templates: Link in Bio and Brand Hub.

3
Preview and select a template
Clicking a card opens a preview panel with the template’s name, a short style description, its category tag, and a Use this template button. The Link in Bio template was used for verification here — described as “Deep dark canvas — a personal creator hub for all your links” and tagged Social Media.
4
Land in the page builder
Selecting it opens the builder at /qr/new/landing?template=smedia-link-in-bio. This template ships with 7 blocks: Company Branding, Page Title, Description, three Button blocks (e.g. “Watch My Latest Video,” “Join My Free Newsletter,” “Book a 1:1 Mentoring Call”), and Social Profiles — all editable from the left-hand blocks panel.

Reaching this canvas confirms the flow — you don’t need to publish to verify it works. Edit the profile text, button links, and social profile URLs, then use Publish from the top bar when the page is ready.
To create a social-media-style QR code through the API rather than the UI, use category ID 15 (labeled Social Media) — see Create QR Code for the full request schema and Category List for the complete ID-to-label mapping.
